Terms of use

Version 1 · [date] · operated by [your name or company], [country]

1. What this is

[Service name] is software that places trades on your own Hyperliquid account, following trend strategies with the coins, settings and risk you choose. Recommended coins and settings are examples, not advice. Access is approved by the operator and can be refused or ended at any time.

2. Not advice, not management

Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We don't manage your money and we don't decide your risk: you choose the coins, the risk per trade, leverage and limits, and you can change or stop them at any time.

3. Your funds and keys

4. Risk

5. Fees

We charge a fee on each order the bot places, at the rate you approved on Hyperliquid (shown during setup). Hyperliquid collects it when the order fills, in addition to its own trading fees and funding. You can withdraw the fee approval on Hyperliquid at any time; the bot then stops trading for you.

6. Who can use it

You must be of legal age, use the service only where that's legal for you, and not be in a country or region where Hyperliquid restricts access (including the United States) or that is subject to sanctions. You confirm you are allowed to use Hyperliquid where you live.

7. No guarantee of service

The service is provided "as is", without any warranty. It may be paused, changed or shut down, for one user or everyone, at any time. We aim to give notice in Telegram when we can.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for trading losses, missed trades, or losses caused by exchanges, networks, software errors or outages. If we're found liable anyway, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Ending it

You can stop at any time: pause in the app, close your trades, and remove the trading key on Hyperliquid. We can end your access at any time, for example if these terms are broken. Your open trades keep their stops.

10. Changes and contact

If these terms change, you'll be asked to accept the new version before the bot trades for you again. Questions: [contact].
